Our rates are £7 per hour, this includes the full use of the hall, heating and electricity, there are no hidden charges. Should you wish to use the kitchen and its facilities during your hire period, there is now a single charge of £5 (*please see below).

A special rate of £65 for a 10 hour session applies from 2pm to 12 midnight on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The Hall can accommodate a maximum of 60 seated or 120 standing (*please see below).

The Hall is not licensed so if you wish to sell ALCOHOL at a public event then you MUST apply to Mid Suffolk District Council for a 'Temporary Event Notice', you may also need to apply if you are giving alcohol away.   You MUST apply if you are holding a private function and wish to sell alcohol.   Click here for more information.


Please be aware that the Hall is fitted with smoke alarms and by law a SMOKING BAN exists inside the premises. 


If you require the use of the INDUCTION LOOP for your event please make sure our Booking Secretary is aware of this.


* Please note for hygiene reasons we now ask that you bring your own tea towels if you are using the kitchen and also remove any refuse from the premises and surrounding area.
